With a degree in International Commerce and a bachelor’s in marketing, Thomas is the founder and President of NaturePlast / BiopolyNov.

Guillaume Lebouteiller

Executive Vice-President

Guillaume holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Ingénieurs de Caen (ENSICAEN), and since 2007 has supported several hundred partners and customers in their development of bioplastics products. He is now in charge of the company’s administrative management.

Laurent Bélard

Scientific Director

With a degree in Materials Engineering from the Ecole Européenne d’Ingénieurs en Génie des Matériaux (EEIGM) in Nancy and a PhD in Materials Chemistry from the Université de Reims Champagne-Ardenne, Laurent has been in charge of the company’s scientific activities since 2011.

Antoine Bartassot

Export sales

With a BTS (Diploma advanced technician) in international trade and a master’s degree in commerce from ESC Troyes, Antoine has been in charge of export marketing since 2020.

Louane Le Mouëllic

Commercial

With a master’s degree in international business, Louane officially joined the sales team in 2024, following a year’s work-study program with the company.

Marie Ulvoa

Executive Assistant

With a degree in English and a diploma in executive assistant, Marie joined the team in 2021, after some fifteen years’ experience in administrative and sales support roles.

Hugo Bourienne

Sales trainee

Hugo holds a BTS (Diploma advanced technician) in International Commerce and is currently studying for a Bachelor’s degree in Sales Development France and International. He joined the team in September 2024 on a work-study program to complete his training and contribute to the company’s sales development.

Maëlys Moreno

Student Communications Officer

With a BTS (Diploma advanced technician) in Communication and currently studying for a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Communication Project Management, Maëlys joined the team in September 2024 on a work-study program to follow and learn within the company while contributing to communications actions.

Amélie Raingué

Project Manager Ru0026D

With a Chemical Engineering degree from the European School of Chemistry, Polymers and Materials in Strasbourg, Amélie has been in charge of managing customer and collaborative projects since 2016.

Pauline Moreau

Project Manager Ru0026D

With a degree in Materials Science and Engineering from INSA Lyon, Pauline had already completed her engineering internship at NaturePlast. This successful experience enabled her to join us a few years later in 2019 to join the Ru0026D team as Project Manager.

Maëlle Courvalet

Project Manager Ru0026D

With a DUT (Diploma advanced technician) in chemistry and a degree in Chemical and Formulation Engineering from ESCOM, Maëlle has been in charge of customer and collaborative project management since 2020.

Déborah Madeleine

Workshop manager

With a BTS (Diploma advanced technician) in Plastics Industries and 6 years’ experience in polymer injection, Déborah has been in charge of the NaturePlast / BiopolyNov processing workshop since 2018.

Maxime Guilloy

Workshop technician

With a CAP (Youth Training) in car bodywork, Maxime is in charge of order preparation, the grinding/micronizing activity and the implementation of plastics processing equipment.

Lidawo Félix Bekpoli

Trainee production technician

Félix holds a vocational degree in chemistry and is currently studying for a BTS (Diploma advanced technician) in Europlastics and Composites. He joined the team in September 2024 to continue his BTS on a sandwich course, and to learn how to control and optimize transformation processes.
