NaturePlast<\/strong> is responsible for the industrial production of bioplastics compounds<\/strong>, using a <\/strong>compounding <\/strong>line to meet industrial needs or validate large-scale processing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The BiopolyNov Research & Development<\/strong> center<\/strong> is equipped with a range of plastics processing equipment to carry out the R&D work entrusted to it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These facilities bring together all the different stages in the development of new materials: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Bioplastics compounding<\/strong>, which enables polymers, fillers, additives, etc. to be mixed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Injection molding of bioplastic specimens and demonstrators<\/strong> (possibility of developing prototype molds with our partners).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Implementation of bioplastics <\/strong>on strip extrusion and thin film extrusion<\/strong> prototyping equipment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Measuring the properties of materials is essential to all Research and Development work. To this end, BiopolyNov is equipped with characterization equipment <\/strong>to determine the main mechanical<\/strong>, thermal<\/strong> and aging<\/strong> properties<\/strong> of bioplastic materials<\/strong>. In addition to this equipment, we benefit from a wide network of European<\/strong> technical partners <\/strong>(private and public R&D centers), giving us access to other equipment needed to validate our R&D work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Our equipment and expertise enable us to grind, micronize and sieve<\/strong> a wide range of by-products (food, marine, construction, etc.) on both laboratory and industrial scales<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Grinding<\/strong>: Our grinders reduce particle size in a homogeneous way, to obtain a particle size adapted to the specifications <\/strong>of the various industrial processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Micronization<\/strong>: For more specific needs, our micronization equipment produces fine powders<\/strong>, ideal for technical applications such as biocomposites<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
