Grinding and micronizing<\/mark><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

NaturePlast is equipped with various grinding technologies<\/strong> to find the most suitable solution for each by-product to be processed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • crumbling-crushing<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • blade grinding<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • attrition grinding<\/strong> with paddle or pin plates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    This equipment enables us to work upstream on relatively large products of several tens of centimeters in size, with a view to reducing them to particles of a few mm, hundreds or tens of microns.

    Laboratory equipment<\/strong> enables us to achieve throughputs of a few hundred grams to a few kg per hour.

    Industrial equipment<\/strong> can achieve throughputs of several tens of hundreds of kg\/hour, depending on the by-product to be processed and the particle size required.

    Full stainless steel micronization<\/strong> equipment enables us to work on markets requiring specific certifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Weighing – packaging<\/mark><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Once the products have been processed, they are weighed and then packaged in the format required by the customer, in jars, sachets, bags or big bags, then placed on cardboard or pallets.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Screening<\/mark><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    We are equipped with sieving<\/strong> equipment from laboratory to industrial scale, enabling us to sieve a variety of products with the multi-cut particle size separations<\/strong> required by the customer after the grinding-micronization stage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Our laboratory constantly performs the analyses required to ensure compliance with specifications and consistent quality of the finished product:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              Type of by-products<\/mark><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

              Most of the by-products come from France.<\/strong> The processes selected were chosen for their industrial viability, in terms of volumes and quality (batch reproducibility), and their technical and environmental relevance.

              The list of available by-products is not exhaustive, and new by-products can be identified and validated according to a specific need.

              It is therefore entirely possible to work on new by-products with a view to a circular economy project<\/strong>, the aim of which would be to achieve coherence between the activity generating the by-product and its reuse.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
