PLA<\/strong> (polylactic acid) is a thermoplastic polyester produced from annually renewable biomass<\/strong> such as corn, sugar beet or sugar cane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Depending on the geographical area of production, the resources used can be certified GMO-free<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PLA <\/strong>is often used in thermoformed or injected packaging, plastic films and 3D printing thanks to its good rigidity<\/strong> and transparency<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
