The environment

It’s no secret that our environment is fragile, and that it’s up to us to take care of it. At NaturePlast, we are all aware of this reality, and of the responsibility that falls to us: we have to act today, to be able to live tomorrow.
Our activity enables us to act on our own scale, by proposing sustainable solutions that are more respectful of our planet.

Innovation

We work with recently developed materials, and as such, one of the key aspects of our business is to propose new solutions adapted to a specific need. Innovation is therefore a natural part of our business. Every day, we strive to come up with new proposals – and even if not all of them are perfect today, we strive to innovate so that those of tomorrow will be.
These aspects can still be improved compared to the current situation. Indeed, the biomass used to date is mainly “noble” and often the product of dedicated crops.
In some cases, by-products such as molasses from sugar cane are already used to produce biobased polymers (in this case, biobased PET).
The use of by-products and waste from different sectors is currently being investigated in numerous projects, both locally (COPROPLAST) and at European level (URBIOFIN).
These developments are due to be industrialized in the coming years, with the aim of promoting the use of biomass as part of an eco-design and circular economy.

At NaturePlast, respecting the world around us is a matter of course. Respect for the environment, of course, but also for people. Whether it’s our employees, our customers, our suppliers or our partners, we strive to listen and respond to everyone’s expectations.
