Thomas Lefèvre
Founder Chairman
With a degree in International Commerce and a bachelor’s in marketing, Thomas is the founder and President of NaturePlast / BiopolyNov.
Guillaume Lebouteiller
Executive Vice-President
Guillaume holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Ingénieurs de Caen (ENSICAEN), and since 2007 has supported several hundred partners and customers in their development of bioplastics products. He is now in charge of the company’s administrative management.
Laurent Bélard
Scientific Director
With a degree in Materials Engineering from the Ecole Européenne d’Ingénieurs en Génie des Matériaux (EEIGM) in Nancy and a PhD in Materials Chemistry from the Université de Reims Champagne-Ardenne, Laurent has been in charge of the company’s scientific activities since 2011.

Antoine Bartassot
Export sales
With a BTS (Diploma advanced technician) in international trade and a master’s degree in commerce from ESC Troyes, Antoine has been in charge of export marketing since 2020.
Louane Le Mouëllic
Commercial
With a master’s degree in international business, Louane officially joined the sales team in 2024, following a year’s work-study program with the company.
Marie Ulvoa
Executive Assistant
With a degree in English and a diploma in executive assistant, Marie joined the team in 2021, after some fifteen years’ experience in administrative and sales support roles.
Hugo Bourrienne
Sales trainee
Hugo, who holds a BTS in International Trade and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Business Development Management in France and International Markets, joined the team in September 2024 as a work-study student to complete his education and contribute to the company’s business development.
Antoine Prioux
Student Communications Officer
With a BTS in Communication and currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Communication Project Management, Antoine joined the team in September 2026 as a work-study student to gain experience and learn within the company while contributing to its communication efforts.

Amélie Raingué
R&D Project Manager
With a Chemical Engineering degree from the European School of Chemistry, Polymers and Materials in Strasbourg, Amélie has been in charge of managing customer and collaborative projects since 2016.
Pauline Moreau
R&D Project Manager
With a degree in Materials Science and Engineering from INSA Lyon, Pauline had already completed her engineering internship at NaturePlast. This successful experience enabled her to join us a few years later in 2019 to join the R&D team as Project Manager.
Maëlle Courvallet
R&D Project Manager
With a DUT (Diploma advanced technician) in chemistry and a degree in Chemical and Formulation Engineering from ESCOM, Maëlle has been in charge of customer and collaborative project management since 2020.

Maxime Guilloy
Workshop technician
With a CAP (Youth Training) in car bodywork, Maxime is in charge of order preparation, the grinding/micronizing activity and the implementation of plastics processing equipment.
Vincent Pasquinelli
Production Manager
Vincent holds a DUT (University Technical Diploma) in Physical Measurements and an engineering degree in plastics technology from ISPA in Alençon. He joined the team in October 2025 as Production Manager. He is responsible for planning, monitoring and continuous improvement within the workshop.
