2020 was eventful at NaturePlast/BiopolyNov. Despite the particular and necessarily complicated health context, NaturePlast was able to adapt itself and continue its development.

The increase in its activity has made it possible notably to recruit three new employeesAntoine has come to reinforce the export sales team, Maëlle is continuing the adventure with us after her engineering end-of-studies internship as a R&D project manager and Maxime is now our new polyvalent technician in the workshop in charge notably of logistic. Welcome to them!

The strong development of the company in 2020 will allow to continue recruiting since 2 new hirings are planned in 2021.

Last year has also been the opportunity to invest in new equipments for the treatment of by-products. Indeed, the recovery of by-products is a very important part of NaturePlast’s activity which is a way to work on the concept of circular economy.

nouveau métier

The company just bought early this year, a new industrial line for grinding / micronizing / sieving different types of by-products which complements laboratory / semi-industrial equipments that we own since 2015.

Acquired thanks to the support of ADEME and Normandy Region, these equipments have production yield of a few tens to a few hundreds kg/h depending on the by-products and the desired particle size.

They can for example process by-products like:

  • Mineral: seashells, etc.
  • Plant fibers: wood, flax, hemp, miscanthus, etc.
  • Shells and kernels
  • Textiles (leather, cotton, etc.)
  • Flowers
  • Etc.

Do not hesitate to contact us for all your recovery or use of by-products projects.
