NaturePlast, created in 2007, is looking for a Production Manager in a plastics workshop to join its team of 14 employees.

Your Missions :
Reporting to the Deputy General Manager and working as part of a team of three other people, your main activities will include:
- Management of a team of 3 plastics processing and by-product treatment workshop technicians
- Coordination and planning of the company’s production activities.
- Compound manufacturing on small and medium-capacity twin-screw extruders, and injection molding of characterization specimens or other demonstrators on hydraulic injection molding machines.
- Organization of periodic and corrective maintenance operations on workshop equipment.
- Setting up and monitoring production and quality indicators for workshop activity.
Your profile:
- Would you like to become a player in sustainable development and get fully involved in the ecological transition?
- Do you have a Bac +2 or equivalent with a focus on industry?
- Do you have experience of managing a plastics workshop?
