NaturePlast, created in 2007, is looking for an Export Sales Manager to join its team of 8 employees.

Offer 20/01 – Expert food packaging engineer – CDI 35 hours
Changes in regulations and consumer habits are modifying the principles of food packaging design.
BiopolyNov, an expert in biomaterials and packaging research and development, is looking for a packaging engineer to provide its customer Agrial, an agricultural and agri-food cooperative group, with monitoring, expertise, consulting, R&D support and implementation services.
As such, you will assist Agrial’s Packaging steering committee and working group (R&D, CSR, Purchasing, Packaging business referents) on the following missions in collaboration with our internal and external partners:
- Regulatory intelligence, stakeholders/ecosystem players, recycling channels, markets
- Materials consulting (including polymers) and research into new eco-designed materials and processes
- Leading eco-design projects
- Coordination and execution of trial runs
- Internal and/or supplier project management
- Support for operational teams through to implementation of these materials
- Actor/leader of the Agrial Packaging Steering Committee and Working Group
Profile required:
As a general or agri-food engineer specializing in packaging or the science of new materials (plastics, paper, glass) in relation to regulatory and toxicological issues, you have successful experience in packaging development and the implementation of eco-designed materials in an industrial environment, ideally in the agri-food sector.
You are recognized for your expertise in packaging materials, your analytical and critical mind, your sense of observation and experimentation, and your networking skills.
You’re curious, open-minded and dynamic, adaptable to different work environments and able to take the initiative to bring your projects to fruition. You are able to make proposals. Your rigor, organization and interpersonal skills will be real assets in your mission.
Fluency in English is required.
Position based in Caen, with frequent travel in France and abroad.
Remuneration according to profile.
Offer 20/02 – Export Sales – CDI 35 hours
Reporting to the President of the company and working as part of a team of 8 people, you will be responsible for the technical and commercial promotion of all bioplastics ranges, as well as research and development activities.
To do this, you will prospect new markets, visit and develop the loyalty of a varied clientele of professionals in Europe. You negotiate commercial contracts with the support of the technical team, and ensure regular monitoring of contract completion. You organize and take part in events: trade shows and conferences, scientific seminars, etc. You will monitor the market and competitors. You will be able to suggest solutions.
Profile required:
With at least a BTS/Licence in sales and/or technical training, you have at least 5 to 10 years’ successful initial sales experience in industry. Knowledge of the plastics market would be a plus.
You have a perfect command of English; a second European language would also be appreciated. You have a strong commercial temperament and have demonstrated your ability to organize, work independently and report effectively. Dynamism, strong interpersonal skills and negotiation abilities are assets for this stimulating and progressive position.
