Biobased polyamides are a range of polyamides produced from annually renewable biomass such as vegetable oils.
Castor oil, a biomass that does not compete with human or animal food, is particularly used as a raw material.
These materials boast excellent mechanical and chemical resistance, and are used in a wide variety of sectors, including the automotive, electronics and eyewear industries.

Properties
- Up to 100% biobased
